Intercity Travel
Dubai to Abu Dhabi is around 150 kilometres. Dubai to Sharjah is far shorter but the traffic makes it a meaningful journey. Ajman, Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah — we cover them all.
Intercity rates are slightly higher than city-only rates because of fuel, distance, and driver time, but we’re transparent about what the difference is when you ask for a quote. There are no hidden intercity surcharges discovered at the end of the trip.

The Toyota HiAce is the workhorse of group transport in Dubai. It’s reliable, well-maintained, air conditioned, and seats up to fifteen passengers. Boot space handles a reasonable amount of luggage, though very large groups with oversized bags may find a coaster more practical.
This is typically the right vehicle for a group of eight to twelve people going to or from the airport, a small company team heading to a conference, or a hotel group transfer to a nearby venue.

The Toyota Coaster is a step up from the HiAce in both capacity and comfort. More headroom, wider seats, and a stronger air conditioning system make it noticeably better for longer journeys or trips where passengers will be seated for more than forty-five minutes.
This is the vehicle we most often recommend for school trips, mid-size wedding guest shuttles, and company day trips. It sits at a good price point — cheaper than a full-size bus but significantly more capable than a large van.

Intercity travel to Abu Dhabi or Sharjah carries a distance supplement — typically 15–20% above the Dubai daily rate, depending on destination and duration. Overtime beyond the agreed daily hours is billed at a flat hourly rate, which we confirm in writing before your booking is confirmed. There are no end-of-trip surprises.

This is where we’re based. Booking with us doesn’t require filling out a long online form or waiting twenty-four hours for a response. Here’s what the process actually looks like.

Step 2 — Tell us the basics
We need: your travel date, pickup location, drop-off location, number of passengers, and rough timing. If it’s an airport transfer, your flight number helps. If it’s a city tour, a rough itinerary helps. If it’s staff transport, knowing the shift times and collection points is important.
Step 3 — We send a quote
Usually within a few hours, often faster. The quote will state the vehicle, the rate, what’s included, and any applicable supplements. Nothing is left ambiguous.
Step 4 — Confirmation
Once you confirm, we lock in the booking. For large bookings or new corporate clients, we may ask for a deposit. For repeat clients and monthly contracts, invoicing is typically done monthly.
Step 5 — Day of travel
Your driver will contact you before the pickup time to confirm. They’ll be at the agreed location on time. If anything changes on your end — flight delays, timing shifts — contact us and we’ll adjust.
We don’t cancel at short notice, we don’t swap vehicles without telling you, and we don’t send a different driver without informing you first.

- Vehicles are serviced on a fixed schedule, not just when something goes wrong. Air conditioning is checked seasonally. Tyres, brakes, and all safety systems are maintained properly. In Dubai’s climate, the air conditioning matters as much as the engine.

Which Vehicle Should You Choose?
Choosing by group size
If you have fewer than 7 people and light luggage, the 7-seater van is fine. Once you get to 8–12 people, particularly with luggage, the HiAce is the right call. Between 13 and 22 passengers, the Coaster is the practical choice. Above 22 passengers, you’re looking at a proper bus.
A common mistake: people underestimate how much space luggage takes. Eight people with airport luggage need more vehicle than eight people going to a dinner. Tell us your luggage situation when you ask for a quote.
Bus or van?
A van (HiAce) is more manoeuvrable in the city, easier to park, and slightly cheaper. A bus (Coaster or above) has more headroom, better AC for longer journeys, and significantly more passenger and luggage space. For city transfers under thirty minutes, a van is usually fine. For anything longer or with more than twelve passengers, a bus is more comfortable.
Daily booking or monthly contract?
If you need transport more than roughly eight to ten times per month, a monthly contract almost always works out cheaper than repeated daily bookings. Beyond the cost, it gives you a consistent vehicle and driver, which matters for staff transport employees appreciate the routine, and it reduces the coordination load on your operations team.
Airport transfer or charter?
Airport transfers are point-to-point — pickup, airport, done. The rate is fixed per journey. Charter bookings are time-based you have the vehicle for a set number of hours and can use it for multiple stops. If you need the vehicle to wait while you do something and then take you somewhere else, charter is the right structure.

How much does it cost to rent a bus in Dubai?
Daily rates start from AED 199 for a 7-seater van and go up to AED 899+ for a 55-seater coach. The rate depends on vehicle size, duration, and route. All our quotes include the driver and fuel. Airport transfers include parking fees. Salik tolls within Dubai are covered. There are no charges added at the end of a trip that weren’t in your quote.
Is the driver included in the price?
Yes, always. We don’t offer self-drive bus rental. Every booking includes a professional, licensed driver. The cost of the driver is part of the quoted rate, not an add-on.
Is fuel included?
Yes. Fuel is included in all our quoted rates. You won’t be asked to top up the tank or pay a fuel supplement after your trip.
Are Salik tolls included?
For Dubai city routes, yes — Salik charges are included in the quoted rate. For intercity routes, tolls on the route are factored into the intercity rate. There are no toll surprises.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We monitor flight arrivals. If your flight is delayed, your driver will adjust the pickup accordingly. You don’t need to frantically call us the moment your flight is delayed — we track it. If a delay is very significant (several hours), we’ll be in touch to discuss options.
How much luggage can passengers bring?
Standard luggage allowance is two checked bags plus one carry-on per passenger. For airport transfers with a full van or bus, this is rarely an issue. If your group has oversized or exceptional amounts of luggage — sports equipment, musical instruments, large cases — mention it when booking so we can confirm the right vehicle.
Can I hire a bus for just a few hours?
Yes. We offer half-day rates and hourly charter options. Contact us with your timing and we’ll give you the appropriate rate. Standard bookings are based on a 10-hour day, but shorter durations are available.
Do you offer airport pickup and drop-off for large groups?
Yes. This is one of our most common bookings. We handle group arrivals at Dubai International Airport (Terminals 1, 2, and 3) and Al Maktoum International Airport. Airport parking and meet-and-greet from the arrivals hall can be arranged.
Can the driver wait while we’re at a venue?
Yes. For charter bookings where you need the vehicle and driver to stay on-call, the driver waits with the vehicle. Waiting time within the booking hours is included. If you go significantly over the agreed hours, overtime charges apply at a flat hourly rate agreed upfront.
Do you cover Abu Dhabi and Sharjah?
Yes. Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Fujairah, and other emirates are within our operating range. Intercity routes carry a distance supplement on top of Dubai rates, which we quote transparently before confirming.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the booking are generally free or subject to a small administration fee. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a charge. For large bookings or events where we’ve reserved multiple vehicles, different terms may apply. We’ll explain the cancellation terms clearly when confirming your booking.
Can I book a bus for a wedding?
Yes. We handle wedding guest transport regularly. Options include guest shuttles between hotel and venue, vehicles for the wedding party, and decorated vehicle arrangements on request. Book well in advance for peak wedding season (October to March in Dubai).
Do you offer monthly contracts for staff transport?
Yes. Monthly contracts are available and we’d recommend them for any company that needs transport more than eight to ten times per month. Monthly rates are lower than repeated daily bookings. We’ll design the contract around your actual routes, shift times, and pickup points.
How many people can fit in a Toyota HiAce?
Up to 13 passengers comfortably, though the standard configuration seats 12 plus the driver. With full airport luggage for 12 passengers, the boot fills up quickly — for very luggage-heavy airport groups, a Coaster may be more practical.
How many people can fit in a Toyota Coaster?
Up to 24 passengers. The Coaster has more headroom and better air conditioning than the HiAce, making it more comfortable for journeys longer than 30–45 minutes.
What’s the largest bus you have?
Our largest vehicles seat up to 55 passengers. For groups above 55, we can arrange multiple vehicles operating in coordination.
Do you offer buses for school trips?
Yes. Our vehicles meet RTA standards for passenger transport, and our drivers carry appropriate licensing. Teachers travel with the group. We provide a direct driver contact number to the school office. School trip bookings should be made at least a few days in advance where possible.
Are your vehicles air conditioned?
All of them. Dubai’s heat makes this non-negotiable. Air conditioning systems are checked and serviced regularly.
Can I hire a bus for a city tour?
Yes. We provide the vehicle and driver. If you need a tour guide, you’ll need to arrange that separately (through a licensed tour operator), but we work alongside tour agencies and guides regularly. The driver knows Dubai well and can navigate efficiently between landmarks.
